I ordered one that came with an imperfection… the rattan weaving was not tightly done and left a gaping hole on top. Thr customer service people with the company asked me for a picture of the item and i included a picture and a letter explaining that although it would still work it was a decorator item and the hole was very bad looking. They sent a replacement item immediately and it looks great in my bathroom. I use it to hold cleaning supplies and to display reading materials. I am very pleased with the quality, look and customer service I received.

I love the size and depth but not the craftmanship. I am very disappointed. I could pay less and recieved better.

I was looking for a cute small storage idea for shoes. This is a great product very well made even though it has a funny smell it’s very pretty. I’m guessing the smell is the material.

I bought two and they are study, good looking, and add a comfortable touch to the room. They have a lot of room inside.

I put this below my fireplace in my room. It was the perfect fit.
