Knives were flimsy - bendable . Not impressed

I forgot how wonderful it is to have sharp knives when you haven't had new ones in a long time! I'm loving the variety. I made artisan bread with a very hard crust and the bread knife went through easily and I could get nice thin slices. The others are all super sharp and great variety of sizes. I love cooking again! I can actually cut meat (before and after cooking) and not have it look like it was attacked by a wolverine. 🙂 Now it looks like a chef cut it. Good weight in the handles, very comfortable. The dark wood is lovely too. Very solid, heavy base. Amazing value. I wish I had bought sooner.

Easy to hold and reasonably priced.

Very sharp and easy to use.

Gave as a gift. It has what most home cooks would need. Great that it comes with a self sharpening block. A good look as well. Lives up to the name.
