I have for you a set of two of the best exfoliating pads I've ever used. These are handmade by me from mildly abrasive, yet soft 100% jute fiber. You can simply apply soap and use for everyday washing, if you like a good scrub. But what I like to do is have my regular shower and then, when all the rough spots are soft, go after them with a vengeance. It's amazing what this will do for the soles of your feet, and your knees and elbows. These are dye free, eco friendly, and hypoallergenic.
