Works for a little while - doesn't work after charging
The threader worked for like 3 weeks and then when it was time for charging it, it sat on charge for 2 days and just doesn't work anymore. Unfortunate because it would be a cool product, if it worked.

Could be better
I saw this on tiktok and rushed to buy it but everything is easier said than done. I struggled to use this as the string kept knotting after turning no matter how taunt or less taunt I made it. I also tried a different cotton and that didn’t work. I did remove some hair though so that’s good, right? 😅

Thread breaks frequently
It started out great, but you if you want to keep using this machine, buy extra spools of thread as you will need it. It breaks the thread quite frequently that it is quite frustrating. I have used a different brand which works better. The thread which came along with the device was not good quality either, was so thick I will call it as wool and not thread. Returning this for a different brand.

Smoke literally came out of product
Worked ok the first few times I used it, then smoke starting coming out of the machine. Tried to return but I missed the return window due to a death in the family, that was totally my fault. I've thrown the machine out but wanted to warn others not to buy.

Thread could be better
The machine is really good, I had a similar one years back and I never needed to use anything else for my upper lips hair, hope this one turns out the same. So far it's good, I love that I can charge it and use it cordless.

Works well for large areas but oucch
Hard to do any area on the face without it snatching hair from your scalp, eyebrows, or eye lashes. Not at all for precision work but does work very well.
