Use this for Belgium waffles and I add a bit to some other flours ( all gluten free) and this makes it taste better and gives it a better consistency. Plus the owner was very helpful when the wrong product arrived and sent me the correct product in a few days!! Awesome customer service! :)

Used this flour to make spice cookies and they turned out great. Looking forward to using it in other recipes.

I use this for various vegetarian and gluten free baking items... I am absolutely loving the consistency in the texture! Alot of GF grains I get tend to have a bit of inconsistency but so far not for this brand!

Good flour. Easy to make, it's lil sticky when you prepare the dough but I think thats how it is generally.If you are making roti, make sure you make it really thin otherwise it won't cook properly from inside.

Recieved a product that wasn't fully sealed and returns are not accepted. I obviously will not be eating this for safety reasons. I am not a pleased customer.
