Why is this 32 oz. hose dispenser version of this product over twice the price for the same product in a 32 oz. hand sprayer????

The hand sprayer will not cover that many plants - this product is meant for broadcast spraying and will cover many more plants.

Can this product be used on junipers?

I am not sure if you can, I used it on my Skip Laurels because of a fungus that left holes like a shotgun and had very good results. You can go on line and look up Junipers fungus

How many gallons of water to fully discharge the bottle?

I got about 20-25 minutes with the garden hose on fully.

Does this product treat Apple scab on ornamental trees?

If you can find out that scab is a fungus; then yes it will help it. It helped our apricot tree that had a fungus.
