Got an Echo Show 8? Need to protect the screen?This is the Lusee Screen Protector for Amazon Show 8 Tempered Glass with Scratch and Wear Resistant Anti-Fingerprint. Out of the box you get 2 x screen protectors, dry cloths, damp cloths and dust removal stickers.Installation is easy, but you will have 2mm gap all around the screen...clean screen, then remove protective film off cover then place on device. Air bubbles will disappear as you push towards the edges, if not, then slightly lift and repeat. Once on it looks superb and does not remove any screen sensitivity.For the price these screen protectors are great value for money. Well recommended.

Using the Echo Show in the kitchen, I've been very reluctant to use the touch screen features because the display is quite 'plasticky' - it moves and has a feel that it would scratch like an old phone screen before Gorilla glass and similar became commonplace.This protector is easy to install, you get two and two fitting kits. The microfibre wipe is rather tiny, but there's a sticker dust removal tool and two slim stickers to aid with aligning and installing the screen protector.It works well - clean up the display, peel the backing off the screen protector, and guide it to the screen with the stick-on tabs in your thumbs and it self-clings to the Echo display really quickly and cleanly. When I installed it, it almost vacuum-sealed to the Echo there was a single bubble in the centre that was easy to squeeze out.Once installed the display is no darker, but looks glossy and you can use the touch screen as much as you want with baking things in your fingers, and your Echo Show will remain in good condition. Recommended as a thing to buy when you order an Echo Show - then you can install it straight away onto a clean screen.

There were two in the box for under £10 so great value, 1 for me and the other for my daughter.Instructions (If you need them) are on the back of the box they came in.These are no different to screen protectors for mobile phones, which I have changed many times on many phones.So two minutes after opening box, installed and back on the shelf under my TV all wired in and good to go. Easy peasy.These help to reduce finger marks on “She who must not be named” a treat and have not impacted sensitivity at all.They are not quite as big as the screen, which is a good thing because if you have your show in a case or on a stand you only need the protector to come to nearly the edge, if it came all the way it would be a nightmare for getting bubbles under the glass, which I have suffered on an old iPhone and it drives you nuts! (I know first world problems!)I wouldn’t have thought of buying these if they hadn’t come up on the vine, but I am glad they did!If sticky fingerprints on screens get on your nerves or if you have toddlers in the house these are worth every penny.

The instructions on this were a little hard to find. I thought they would be inside but it turns out there is a pictorial instruction on the back of the box. While the majority of this is easy and pretty much the same as a phone screen cover there was one issue. That being the same size guide stickers were used...and they weren’t that sticky. This meant they came off 3 or 4 time as I tried to fit the cover which was rather annoying and made lining up difficult.Unfortunately, lining up was further made difficult by the cover not being an ‘exact fit’. While they cover the lit portion of the screen and the majority of the black frame there is a small gap of about 2mm which is a little annoying. I opted to have a small gap around the entire edge to make it look more even.This does protect the main portion of the screen which is what is pressed. Unlike a phone screen I’m not as bothered by this meeting the edge as my echo show not likely to get dropped.Good but not great.

Lusee 2 Pack Screen Protector for Amazon Echo Show 8 Tempered Glass [9H Hardness] [HD Clear] [Case friendly] Anti Scratch/Anti Fingerprint 0.3mm Screen Protector.I recieved a 2 Pack of lusee Tempered glass screen protectors for the echo show 8 that was presented very well in its own box.It was very easy to apply and at first I thought it was too small for the screen but I then realise its meant to be that little bit smaller than the screen so it prevents the edges blistering and flaking, good idea!There was a couple of bubbles to start with but I've got up today and the bubbles have gone.The glass protector is highly reactive and responds fast to the touch of a finger.Now our echo show 8 is protected from scratches ect, I will even let the grandkids use it now with the added protection, wasn't allowed near it before as I didn't want the screen all marked up with sticky fingers as the grandkids are only aged, 8, 3 and 2.Anyway it's a good product that I can recommend, perfect fit!Price is about right too.
