Great
This is my second time buying this matcha. My daughter and I drink it pretty much every morning. It lasts for so long. It gives me a little energy for my day. It tastes like matcha which isn't the best but a little brown sugar and milk and some flavored syrup and you got a nice matcha latte. What I don't like is getting to the bottom and there's a bunch of unblended matcha powder at the bottom. All in all it's a staple to my morning and I'll continue to purchase it.

Good tea, It’s very potent. Make sure you only take what it says.or you will be orbiting the Earth.
All I have to say is be careful. This tea is extremely strong. I accidentally put a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon and I felt so amped up it was pretty wild when I read the package and realized that 1 teaspoon is equivalent to 11 cups of tea. I just realized I broke my record and the most caffeine I ever drank in my life. They didn’t hit me for about an hour and then I was just like OK what’s going on? I feel so stinking high. That’s when my wife told me that 1 teaspoon is equivalent to 11 cups of tea and I didn’t realize that and I took a full tablespoon rounded tablespoon and threw it in my protein drink and just shot it down a little did I know I was about to takeoff and going into orbit for about five hours It was quite the ride anyway anyways be careful. It’s good tea taste good. It’s just super potent. I mean, if you want to experience the right of your life go ahead do rounded tablespoon but I’m telling you have somebody next to you that can calm you down Blessings😳🤪😂

perfect for BAKING
you get a LOT of matcha in the bag. And most recipes only call for tablespoons at a time so you can get a lot of milage from it. Its nice quality, could be better but for the price it's pretty good. Very bright green and fragrant when you first open it, which is great. also, this is CULINARY grade matcha. it is NOT for drinking. culinary grade is of "lower" quality than ceremonial grade matcha, which is what is used in drinks. so it has a grasser flavor profile and not as sweet as other matchas, but that's how it should be for culinary grade matcha

Sweet after-tone
I’m a Chinese, and this tastes exactly like any Chinese tea—yes it’s bitter but you will get the sweetness right after the bitterness, which stays very long on the tongue, and it feels good, good in another way compare to Japanese matcha. I recommend drink it directly rather than serve latte in order to get that sweetness.

Delicious tea, but whoa! There's a lot of it
Im new to making matcha, I enjoy it when I'm dining out, or at a coffee/tea shop. I thought I'd give it a try at home, so I ordered this. The flavor is excellent, the caffeine kick is great, the price point is good. But it does come in a big bag, and at a quarter-to-half teaspoon of powder to a 6 oz cup, it's gonna last a LONG time. It may out last me. I may need to put it in my will, and pass it on to another tea lover. No regrets, I just wish it had come in a smaller amount. But if you or your household drink a lot of matcha, this is a good one.

It's as good as youre willing to pay.
Youre getting what you pay for. It's not the best, but it's good for what youre willing to pay. Its a lot of it too. The color is not promising at all, but it is a very strong matcha flavor. I think it gives me a lot of energy but I don't really use it for tea.

First time buyer to make Matcha-flavor Soylent in Bulk Powder Good Deal Strong Caffeine
This was a learning experience. I'd never bought Matcha powder before. I've had Matcha Lattes at Starbucks & Soylent Matcha Flavor Boosters & such. Seemed like a good idea to buy it in bulk to mix my own. So the learning experience? First off this is a product of China. That is clearly stated in description so I won't rate it down for that. 2nd this is unsweetened matcha powder so very bitter. That should be expected being a green tea so I won't rate it down for that either. I just never realized Starbucks & Soylent add so much extra sweetener to counter that bitterness. So for this I mixed 2 heaping teaspoons of Matcha to my Original Flavor Soylent drink. It turned REALLY GREEN. I definitely added too much matcha powder. YIKES! Next time I'll use less, not so much on the heaping. For this strong mix I went proceeded to shake it up to mix it real good & try it out. So bitter! Strong unsweet tea. So I added a pack of artificial sweetener. Still too bitter. Two packs of sweetener? That was good. Not overly sweet like Starbucks Matcha Latte. Good caffeine boost as well. How much caffeine? Reading on that they Estimate 1/2 tsp = 3g matcha = 100mg of caffeine. So 1 tsp = 6g matcha = 200mg of caffeine. So my heaping 2 tsp was maybe 3 tsp so 18g of Matcha that would be around 600mg of caffeine in one serving. Yikes. Be careful. That was too strong. UPDATE: After making many many drinks, I always add in 1tsp of matcha & 1tsp of sweetener to flavor my drink & it is just right. Overall I am VERY Satisfied with this purchase & will consider buying more in the future to flavor my Soylent. I got many many many servings out of this package. Thanks.

Undrinkable
Absolutely awful. I have tried 4 other budget brands of matcha and this one is pretty much undrinkable. It is tan (in a jar with previous brand there is a huge contrast), tastes horrible, leaves a ton of powder at the bottom of my cup. The exp date is far out, so this is how it was produced. The picture is of this product next to 2 green markers for reference. The other powder is another cheap matcha sold on Amazon.
