Works if you look at the pictures of the listing carefully
It fell off twice from a wall tile during the first 12 hours. There was no instruction sheet with the product . Was going to return it until I looked at the pictures of the listing. One shows the installation instruction written in poor English. You are supposed to press firmly at the smaller center round knob to expel most of the air, then turn the bigger round knob clockwise to lock it in. After doing that, it stays on through a shower and the rest of the day. So a 5 star product with one star deducted for lack of clear instruction. Like the ability to re position to please the boss in the family.

all was good. It's been up in my shower for several ...
No complaints! Does what it's supposed to do. Took me a few to figure out how to get it in the wall, I figured I'd received a defective one. As soon as I actually started paying attention and stopped just trying to stick it on the shower wall, all was good. It's been up in my shower for several months now and has only slipped off once.

Great non-permanent solution to a tiny sink with no space for soap. Only problem is that the suction doesn't stick on painted wall, so make sure you have tile or mirror for it to stick to~EDIT- it worked perfectly for 3 months but now will not stay attached for more than 10 mins. Very disappointed, but it is what I get for not going with something more permanent

Great for tile walls
It is hard to find a soap dish that will stay on our walk-in tile walls. This one has stayed since day one! It was just what we needed! It drains so the soap doesn't get all soggy! The chrome goes with anything! We love it!!

Broke after two months of use

Does not Work for long
The product never stayed on the tile wall for long. Always dropped no matter how many times I put it up. I now have abandoned it.

The product worked great for ~5 months and then the front basket part ...
The product worked great for ~5 months and then the front basket part completely popped off. There doesn't appear to be a way to pop it back on. I would've expected it to last a little longer.
