## Description

This printer is ideal for any point of sale. The Star Micronics TSP143LAN, part of the TSP100III series, is the new standard for Ethernet POS printer solutions. Easily connect the TSP143IIILAN to your network for distance, connectivity, communication, reliability and mobility benefits. Star Micronics has also added an additional USB Type A connector for convenient power for your tablet or mobile device. It has a print speed of 43 receipts per minute, with a small footprint that saves valuable counter space. The special "Drop-In and Print" design allows for quick and easy paper loading, and its patented "De-Curl" feature always offers a flat receipt even at the end of the roll. The TSP143IIILAN includes an "error reporting function" that indicates whether a network connection has been lost. The "Done" button not only tells you that the printer is on, but also whether it has paper and is working properly. The TSP143IIILAN has real-time status alerts so that the lid is open or out of paper, and any PC on the network will be able to see the printer status. The TSP143IIILAN also includes Star Cloud Services (SCS) functionality for free. AllReceipts, one of the Cloud Star services, is a cloud-based digital reception solution and a great way for customers to track receipts on their mobile devices. Five months in we haven’t lost one order to the vapors - this printer just works and works and works. It is a workhorse with no apparent weaknesses.

**Q: this is ipad comaptible correct?**
A: This is compatible on some iPad based POS systems such as Shopify.  I do not know if the bluetooth pairing is app dependent, but on our POS system it is paired from inside the app, not in bluetooth settings.

**Q: does it work with the galaxy Tab A?**
A: It should since it’s Bluetooth, but more importantly, depends on the app that you’re printing from.

**Q: Does it work with shopify pos for ipad?**
A: Yes it works the native App.. If to have an embedded app as Order Printer within Shopify, you would not be able to print as per the App starts searching for Airprint Printer and this functionality does not work with shopify and the embedded app..... You are only good with the Shopify native app.

**Q: does this product support wirless connection?? does it also support andriod app?**
A: The TSP143IIIW model supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. It cannot connect to 5Ghz Wi-Fi

Good price point for a new printer! They arrived in excellent shape with all the bits you need, I pre ordered longer ethernet cables as I knew I would need them.
