Numaqula was recommended to me by my eye doctor. My dad and his sister both have Macular degeneration and it's something that I certainly don't want as it's hereditary. This is suppose to be one of the best vitamins for your eyes. I love the smell of the gelatin capsules-they smell orangey and citrusy. The capsules are a bit large but easy for me to swallow.

I have macular degeneration and dry eyes, thus I must take fish oil. I do not like fish oil. I don't like burping fish oil. But, I take these at night and if I burp while I'm sleeping, it won't bother me, right? I do really hate fish oil but I can tolerate these. The burps are a little fruity.
