Great compact camera stick that doubles as a tripod. Very sturdy and convenient.

I have several selfie extending sticks but I noticed when I put my 360 camera on them there's a circle always visible. Finally figured out its the platform the camera screws onto. This had a narrow part at the base where it attaches to the camera. Now it looks like someone else is recording me in 360 shots. Good quality and feel. 👍

While this is not from Insta360, it is still a great monopod for the Insta360 X4. I use this along with a bike clamp and use it on my bike. The quality is really good and durable.
