Q: Had it for a year now, just got it out now again, just to be unable to inflate it. Does anyone have any idea why this could be?

When this was new it would have been supplied with a filler pipe you connect it on two locations on the tub and turn the bubbles on and it fills up with air.

Q: how much does it weigh empty? How much does it weigh filled with water to the proper level?

23kg empty. Water capacity is 930 litres so about 953 kg filled

Q: Does it come with a pump?

All the mechanics are built inside so no extra unit like Lazy Spa
