7月に到着し、使用開始しましたが、毎日、使用していましたが、10月始めに点灯しなくなりました。蛍光管とホルダーを接続する細い線材が切断していました。静的な使用でしたので信じられません。

I was gifted a spare bulb when I received my first Verilux lamp many years ago. That lamp, at my beside, gets used every evening for reading. I was starting to think the original bulb would last forever. I popped in the spare and ordered another back-up bulb. I'm estimating that I've had my bedside Verilux for ten years (or more?) and a Verilux reading lamp for almost as long and this is the first replacement bulb I've had to buy!

This bulb was the exact bulb I needed to replace one which failed after twenty something years. It was very easy to replace. All was great.

This fits into my task lighting and gives off a clear bright light. I went from struggling to see my hand embroidery and beading to feeling like I put on a pair of glasses. Bulb tends to get pretty hot, but it is an excellent source of light!
