Genuine NGK Part
They are genuine NGK spark plugs. I verified this by contacting customer support on the NGK website. They were very responsive and polite.The product arrived at my door in a soft envelope, so the individual boxes that each spark plug comes in were a bit squished. No apparent damage to the plugs and the firing end is protected with a stiff cardboard ring.NGK did comment in the email reply "Please do not use anti-seize or lubricant on NGK spark plugs and torque them to specifications." I believe this is due to the nickle plating on the threads.
