This is an astonishingly fine knee brace. I am a 72 year old male who has played squash for 65 years. 15 years ago my right knee began to deteriorate and cause significant pain, the result of a compound fracture that happened playing soccer some 60 years ago. When I turned 50, while compensating for the "bad" right knee, my left knee began to hurt tremendously and I was compelled to stop playing altogether. Along the way I tried any number of different knee braces - alas none allowed me to return to squash at the 3.5 level. Some braces were better than others, but none really were game changers. By age 66 the pain became some overwhelming that I had no choice but to get a complete knee replacement (Stryker Triathlon system) for my right knee. After 2+ years of rehab, the "new" knee was fine (zero pain), but the left knee had by now deteriorated to the point that it was preventing me from returning to the courts. At that point, I tried a Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support for Pain Relief and Stabilization for the left knee. IT'S PERFECT, AND I NOW AM ABLE TO PLAY SQUASH PAIN FREE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 22 YEARS. (Btw. My doctors don't believe me when I tell them I'm playing squash 2-3x a week with a TKR!)

So I have gone through a number of knee braces riding bikes and this one seems to fit the bill. The other ones, over time, lose their elasticity and start sliding down as I'm riding. It took a little getting used to on my first ride and you must make sure that you place the brace exactly on your knee otherwise it will feel strange as you move around. It did not slide down and it didn't move during my whole mountain bike ride. The brace appears to be well constructed and the type of material seems to fit very snug so it will not stretch over time hopefully. It's like a set of wool fingerless gloves that are very smug. I'll update after a while to let readers know how it's holding up.

Love this brace for peace of mind and comfort when playing active sports post an ACL surgery a few years ago. Comfortable with support for ligaments.

It works very well when used directly over the knee. No so good over athletic tights. Excellent compression in the right zones around the patella and over the ligaments. keeps muscles warm. I use in pick up basketball so plenty lateral movement & jumping. Noticeably less swelling after 75 mins of activity compared to before using this support.

Great product. Fits snug and provides great support. It’s very comfortable and breathable. Have been using it for hiking with steep climbs and defends. Works like a charm!

Well constructed brace.

I am physical therapist who love to play basketball for at least 24 years. I got meniscus tear before, after using this brace, it really helps a lot during step back jumpshot and sprinting. This can provide stability first then offer mobility, and for me, this is so great !!!

This is a high quality brace. It last 5x longer than a normal one. Definitely worth paying the extra money for the quality.
