20th Nov 2021 - Wanted this piece for some decorations, ordered it with a bit of hesitation. When I received the piece, it felt something was moving inside the package. On opening and checking, found that one side the screw was broken, possibly due to impact during delivery. Other than this the piece was working perfectly. With a bit of hesitation requested for a replacement, which to my pleasant surprise, got the very next morning. I checked the piece in front of the delivery guy and it was now perfect 👍🏽 😊 Very Happy with the purchase and also the replacement procedure. Will update this review after it’s use
