These fine artist quality water-soluble oil colors are richly pigmented for brilliant colors. They all are reliably lightfast and handle like conventional oil colors. Blend with water or Holbein Duo Aqua Oil Mediums. Holbein Duo Aqua Oil dries in as little as 24 hours and may be used in combination with up to 30% of traditional oil colors. Combine with other water based media for various results. Mix with water to achieve a uniform matte finish and with Duo oil for a uniform sheen. Made in Japan at Holbein Color Works. (Luminous colors are not lightfast).
