Can i use vynil to heatpress on cap?

YES. that is how I use the hats. the hats have a seam down the front. Flock heat vinyl is good. avoid thin vinyl like Siser EasyWeed Stretch on hats with a front seam. I also use printed heat transfers, NEENAH "3G JET OPAQUE" TRANSFER PAPER FOR DARK FABRIC. I press on with a hat press at medium pressure 215F for 12 seconds

No, they do not have mesh on the back. They are solid all the way around.
