I came across CoQ10 in 2007 when I was researching my newly diagnosed hypertension. It went undiagnosed for many years and when I was hospitalized for 4 days it was a big wake up call! I wanted to understand the illness better so I started Googling it. As with any Google search you get related results... some good, some not... but I noticed that CoQ10 kept coming up quite a bit. At first I ignored those results but after seeing it more and more I looked it up. This product is AWESOME!!! It does everything it claims and then some. Don't just take my word for it... research it and see all the benefits. I can tell you that in just a short time of using it (back in 2007) it contained my blood pressure so well, I went without meds for 3 months... only went back on my meds because the manufacturer (Drinkables) stopped producing it. I searched EVERYWHERE for it and could only find the pills or capsules (which do absolutely nothing for me!!!) I came across another brand Qunol and it tastes so bad (Orange Pineapple) I just could NOT keep taking it even though it yielded good results... then I found this one... I was hesitant at first because I just wanted the CoQ10 and this one has L-Carnitine which I never heard of before... so I researched it and couldn't be more pleased! I got it! I LOVE IT!!! It tastes so good, too! I highly recommend that you research these two supplements and if decide you want/need it DEFINITELY get this brand!!!

My TCM physician recommended I take a Co-Q10 - L-Carnitine combo to help with the permanent and very tiring stress my job causes. I often have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, and finding the energy to work out after the office is a huge challenge. I have a hypothyroid condition and my resting heart rate in the late afternoon when I start my workouts is sometimes as low as 45-50, not because I have the heart of a triathlete, but because my heart is tired. I've noticed a significant increase in my energy and strength with this product. It is important to note it is NOT a stimulant. I take a tablespoon in the morning with a teaspoon of flax oil, since it is fat soluble, and a tablespoon with my pre-workout snack. The orange flavor is pleasant and not too sweet. You can take it straight up or mixed into water or a shake. Since it is basically a strong anti-oxidant, I plan on taking this regularly.

I just LOVE this product, taste great and very active. personally I consume it every morning. Give me great energy to start the day. Have been consuming this product for over 2 years. (Purchase it from a local health food market, until I found it cheaper on Amzon.) Notice the cumulative effect within 3 months of consumption Stopped, after 10 months, only to realize, that my sciatic nerve start acting up... My back pain refused to leave me despite months of chiropractic treatment... Noticed that As soon as I start drinking it again ... My nerve pain went away! A friend told me it's the CoQ10 effect. I felt it on a cellular level.
