As of current, all US model Tiguans have the same hitch. I cannot comment to how body kits or accessories may impact fitment. The Tiguan recently released in Europe and other parts of the world are a different vehicle. If you are in the US then the hitch should fit.

Bolts are included. I think I remember it being 40 or 50 foot pounds.
