Does this have sugar in it?

Yes, it has 5g of sugar per serving. Are looking for a sugar-free option? We have Ener-C orange sugar-free which can be found in our Amazon storefront.

Ingredients? Does it contain ascorbic acid form of Vitamin C or just the mineral ascorbates?

From the supplement fact list: “vitamin C (ascorbic acid, mineral ascorbate mix)” which sounds like both to me.

The word electrolytes is fairly far down on the list. does this product provide the same level of hydration as, say, nuun?

No, it doesn't. It provides the daily amount of Vitamin C for a regular person. But it is not a hydration supply.
