Leading with Questions: How Leaders Find the Right Solutions by Knowing What to Ask

I had great expectations from the book as it was recommended by the author of another book I had liked. Also this topic really interests me. However, I was quite disappointed by the treatment and coverage of the topic. The author seems to gloss over the topic and the author appears to repeat the same points under different topics in different chapters.The author uses quotes from various sources to support his points but there are very few, if any, specific examples of how a particular issue was handled. Like a case study.Overall, I would not recommend the book to a serious reader of the subject.

Great book. Could use an executive tips sheet

As a life coach who is well attuned to asking questions, find this book with examples of both good and bad questions along with insights into the question asking process very beneficial to my thinking and coaching. I have recommended it to others and actually bought it for a few to make sure they had a copy.

It is well written and this book has many examples of how to learn to ask the powerful questions on different subjects.
