So, my Mexican mom loves storing leftover vegetables like onions and tomatoes in aluminum foil. This is not a problem for her since she can easily pick up a wrapped-up item and know what it is. The problem is when I try to rummage through the fridge for one of these items and then I find myself playing a game of guess the veggie. I had enough of playing this no-fun game and decided it was time for a change.I bought these nice veggie containers that are shaped like the vegetables that are supposed to go inside them! And to say the least, I saved myself an additional minute every day now. These have been a lifesaver, not only are they clear(to see if the vegetable is good) and easy to clean(a little cleaning brush is included) but they aren't big and fit well inside a fridge. If you all have a grandmother, mother, ex-wife, husband, etc. that does the lil aluminum foil trick, get them one of these. You'll be happy to know you have saved someone's precious time.

They are good for preserving the vegetables, the only thing is the avocado one it is not too big.

I bought an onion keeper and it really worked great, so I bought this set to split up for Christmas as gifts and I kept a few! No more half cut veggies rolling around the fridge!

These are great to use with your vegetables. Looks great in the fridge and the vegetables seem to last longer! Would recommend to buy!

I received these from my husband for Christmas, because he knows how much I love kitchen tools. However, I can't fit an average sized red onion in the onion container, nor can I fit half an avocado with the seed still in it in the avocado one. The garlic one is bid enough to fit an elephant garlic bulb and the tomato and lemon were a good size.I also didn't feel like they kept any of the items fresher for longer.
