Ghosts International: Troll and Other Stories - With Audio Level 2 Oxford Bookworms Library

I bought this book as inspiration for storytelling at Halloween. There are four memorable stories that leave you thinking long after the story has finished. Although I wanted the stories to be able to tell myself, my son has since used the book with its very helpful exercises in his work as a teacher of english as a foreign language. So this has ended up being money very well spent! I would highly recommend anyone to buy this very reasonably priced book as an easy but thought provoking read.

Both I and my young adult students really enjoyed this book. The short stories appeal to the imagination and really hold the attention of the reader. The theme is rich. Great as a one off, but can also support various classroom projects. A couple of my students still talk about 'the ghost stories' months after we firsty encountered them.

Il libro è stato acquistato perché era un "consiglio" per l'estate della docente di mia nipote. Non trovandolo in libreria ho proceduto all'acquisto online. Non conoscendo la dimensione del libro e non avendo fatto ricerche online, solo al suo arrivo ho scoperto di averlo pagato più del doppio. L'unica cosa positiva sarebbe stata che mi era stata mandata anche una versione per il kindle, solo dopo averla aperta ho verificato che era un sample.
