Can you use these for gravestone rubbing?

I do not see any reason why you could not. I have used them for leaf rubbings. I prefer the blocks for rubbings because they are easier to hold and there is more surface area for rubbing. Hope this helps.

How washable are these crayons? will i be able to get them off plastic high chair trays? wood table? painted walls? clothing? thank you!

These are beeswax and parafin wax crayons. I would not suggest they be used for a child still in a high chair. The colors are vibrant and meant to have high pigment saturation. So, no, I would not say they are easily washed off any surface that porous, like a wall, or even smooth plastic surfaces
