I had a shop floor that I needed to finish and bought this to remove excess water after etching/washing it. I mated this up to a tapered wooden handle with issue. I did use a screw through the attachment ring into the wooden handle just for added strength. Man...does this thing work! It gripped the floor so tightly it was hard to push. I quickly figured out to just let this sponge glide over the surface...don't put pressure on it. If you do, you won't be able to push it. Basically, after making a swipe across the floor with this the floor dried in seconds. I'm extremely pleased with the performance of this squeegee! Highly recommended if you need a product like this.

I was a firefighter for thirty years. There are two things you learn to do, clean floors and make coffee. We looked at these squeegee blades with some scepticism when they first arrived, until we washed the apparatus floor. Where had these been? They are better and easier to use. If you try these, the old kind will cease to exist.

Use these all the time in our dairy barn. Works well for drying wet floors. Also works well for cleaning dry floors (provided they are smooth finish). We always put a bolt through the handle to mount the squeegee; over time the spot welds on the squeegee will crack.

Works great on epoxy garage floor ...really quick cleanup of melted snow and mud with just clean water and squeegee.

I use this on wooden deck boards, it does not glide as easy as a single rubber blade that I'm replacing , but it works ok, time will tell if it will last.
