Hamilton Beach Upright Freezer, Deep Freeze, Stainless Steel Freezer with Drawer Compartments, 11 cu. ft. Freezer – 25”D x 23.6”W x 66.5”H

Arrived with no damage and was very well protected. I really the drawer system and I find them pretty large. (The drawer system is why I picked this upright freezer.) Also, pretty quiet. Fits in narrow spaces.

So far so good. So much more convenient than the chest freezer it replaced. The drawers are a big plus allowing much more volume than just shelves. Very happy with the purchase.

Able to separate all frozen items that are in drawers not on shelves that get overstacked and stuff falls out and lands on yur toes!! Ouch!!

This thing has several major design flaws which conspire to make it the worst freezer I've ever owned. Right out of the box one corner was buckled due to how thin and flimsy the casing is. I'm not blaming shipping because it would have taken so little force to crush the corner. So I have to put blocks under one corner just to keep it upright. Then you have the cheap seal around the door that just falls off. It is just stuffed into an oversized slot that it can easily pull out from under its own weight. Then once that happens the inside clogs up with frost and seals the drawers shut! Even a minimal amount of frost buildup makes it so the drawers won't close all the way, which then prevents the front door from closing all the way resulting in yet more frost buildup. The frost also prevents the drawers from being removed as well. You either have to chisel all the ice away with the drawers in place or defrost the whole thing just to get it usable again. Total Garbage.

Delivery was on time and done very properly. I am very happy with my new tall freezer that I always wanted, but have to mention about the green sticker saying ‘garage ready’. It was so hard to remove! I had to use Goo Gone and 90percent alcohol, and it took good 30 minutes to remove it completely! Please use removable sticker, if it is going to be that ugly green! Handle is cheaply made, so tricky to assemble, but looks nice and functioning. Door is very tight, and it moves the whole unit whenever trying to open the door. That part is a bit annoying too.

I love the all the deep drawers. The only issue is that there is a lot of vacuum seal and no way to hold the fridge and the door to open. The fridge is half full and it is still not stable enough to open by the handle only. DO you have a resolve for this issue?

It is just what it says it is. Built for the garage for extra storage. It was easy to unpack, came fully intact with all the drawers. Only comment I can make about the drawers are they're not that sturdy but good enough for me. If you're an organization type of person, before you fire it up, you could take a sharpie on a piece of masking tape and put a name on each bin for whatever you like to put in it. That just keeps you from searching through drawers.

I am so incredibly disappointed. I just took this out of the box. Went to set it up. The handle is cheap, flimsy, plastic, and it’s basically factory defective. The two pieces that make up the handle don’t fit together like they should and the outer decorative piece just pops off every time I open the door. It’s also incredible flimsy plastic so it feels like it won’t last at all. Honestly Hamilton should be ashamed of themselves for such a cheap corner cut. The only reason it got two stars is because I love the drawers, but pretty sure we’re going to send it back and get a better one.

This freezer is a great product, no problems whatsoever!

Excelente aparato, si hubiera llegado correctamente, el proveedor envia aparatos que no son nuevos y mal estado, y no hay quien ayude a que te entreguen uno nuevo, en lugar de uno reacondicionado. Y amazon no ayuda

Holds less than chest or open shelves freezer. No more over shopping. All good.

Son muy práctico los cajones, se pueden separar los alimentos.
