Aussie Chiller Bushie Perforated Golf Hat Tan X-Large

This hat is very nice and fits well. My hat size is 7 1/2 (head is pretty much right at 23.5 inches; 23 1/4 in measure tightly and 23 7/8 measured loosely). I order the Tan in XL and it fits me perfectly. I imagine the Large would fit tighter and might be better in strong winds, but I'm sure it would give me a headache after a while. Hopefully my explanation will help those, like myself, who are right between sizes. When in doubt, go bigger and get hat sizer strips. The quality of the hat is nice, but the color is slightly more dull than it appears in the pictures (my tan hat looks in between the colors of the Tan and the Beige hats as shown in the pictures). I actually like the lighter color though, so yay me. As for the perforations, not all of them were fully punched out, like others have posted, but taking 30 minutes to fix that is only a slight inconvenience. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hat. Feels great on my head and, as my 3yr old son said: "Awesome daddy!"

I ordered the XL based on the measuring tape/table results. It is a bit too big. I was expecting a much heavier hat. It is very light. The cooling function definitely works and it provides plenty of shade for the ears and neck. The hat keeps its shape very well.So I ordered the L and it is too small. I must have an odd head. However, I did see where you can tug down the rear band to make the XL a bit tighter for windy days. That works for me.

I have a large head and I measured it before ordering this hat. It fits perfectly, I love this hat to keep the Sun off my face and neck while hiking and taking photographs. Keep in mind this hat is not crushable, and if you're traveling be careful when you're backing it in your suitcase. Otherwise it's very nice hat and not hot to wear. I highly recommend it.

Very light weight and bounces back into shape if you sit on it. It really does help to keep you a little cooler when it's wet. I recharge it at the water coolers about three times during an 18 hole round of golf. It also offers excellent sun protection for your ears and the back of your neck. And, it's a very nice looking hat.

the crown is shallower than in previous years. This is the 4th or 5th Aussie Chiller I have owned but doesn't fit like the others. Still quality constructed but I don't like the ways it fits.

I'm very happy with the Aussie Chiller. I have a big head...so finding a hat that fits has been a issue. Most fitted golf hats that say Large/X-large are a bit to tight for me. I like that the hat keeps the sun off. I have used it on warm Arizona golf day... wet it... and it does keep you a bit cooler.

Like it can’t use my earphones with it

DH is an avid golfer and needs sun protection for his face and ears. Many 'brimmed hats get in the way of the swing. No problems here. Light weight, full coverage of ears face and neck. Still can't believe you can soak it and put it on and looks like it did when it came out of the box. We are in a windy location and the had stays on.
