Review: Best Hunt/Camp/Kitchen Knife - I absolutely love this knife! I was always intrigued by the concept so I bought the much less expensive Cold Steel version. As soon as I used it I fell in love. Bought several as stocking stuffers. After using the Cold Steel copy I had to pay homage to D.H. Russel/Grohmann. I bought a proper sheath from them for the Cold Steel. Since all the recipients also loved their Cold Steel Christmas presents and birthdays upcoming, I bought myself, my brother and son-in-law one each. All of us are ecstatic over our new CBK's! If you can't afford the original, you'll be well served with Cold Steel. Grohmann sheaths can be found for them.
Review: Classic function - I love it. I go on extended remote Canada canoe trips, and thought "why not". It's a nice knife for general camp chores (cutting cheese, etc.), and this year I used to for field dressing a mule deer. Out of almost a dozen other hunting knives, I like this one the best

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The classic. A good knife.

This is the venerable knife, the one that made the legend. The price isn't bad and the knife is well made. Fit and finish on mine are good, not perfect. The blade grind was a little wonky, but was sharp. I put a mirror edge on it, but it won't hold it as long as knives with better steels. But it will be easy to resharpen.
