Why did you choose this product over others?:I needed a basic low cost phone for an elderely relative.I liked the colour and style of this phone and the this seemed ideal. It is easy and instictive to use, it does have radio, MP3 and takes basic photos too. But mainly it sends and recieves phone calls and texts.The phone fits in a pocket nicely, fits the palm of the hand well and can be used with the thumb of the same hand or hold in one hand and press the buttons with the other. Having buttons rather than a screen makes it easier for an older person to navigate as well.

Excellent flip phone. Specially for my grandad old age nice and loud he loves it.Only Issue he wanted it in Silver...Just Red or Black

Given 2G/3G is to be turned off in the not too distant future, there is no info on what standard this phone is. If it isn't 4G ( which i suspect it isn't) it's a waste of money. Have returned it

It is very handy, light and easy to use device. Perfect for the elderly people. Buttons are big, readable and easy to press. I will definitely recomment.

I was pleasantly surprised by this phone, having purchased it for the sole purpose of making and receiving calls and texts. It has a dual sim function, so you have the option of using two separate pay as you go sims simultaneously.Both the display and buttons are large enough to make use easy.It contains a few additional extras - calendar, calculator and camera. However, they are all fairly basic, especially the camera.It also stands up reasonably well to accidental mishaps, having survived several interactions with a hard surface.A simple, easy to use flip phone.

Great little phone, I use it more than my smart phone the only thing I don't like is when it's answered it goes right to the caller and I would prefer to choose if I won't to talk to whoever or cancel the call without them being on the line and me being rude and cancelling the call and them knowing I have done that if all that makes sense?This is an add on to my last review,My first phone has packed up as I can receive calls and emails but I can't phone out or send emails any more so I had to buy a cheap phone quickly so I got another one of these fingers crossed it lasts a bit longer 🥺

I bought this phone for my elderly father in law. It only lasted 14 months! It has developed a fault, he can only use the phone as hands free. Cheap phone, you get what you pay
