A Nice Screwdriver Set
I bought this set to replace an older screwdriver set that I had purchased a couple years ago. I was working on a DS Lite project that proved too much for the older set because it started shredding the bits, rendering them unusable. Only time will tell how the bits from this iFixit kit hold up, but so far they've been able to do the job that my last set failed at. I'm not sure how it works through Amazon, but iFixit provides a lifetime warranty on their products so if the bits start getting shredded I'm assuming they'll replace them, or I can at least go to a hardware store to buy replacement 4mm bits and they'll fit perfectly into the case and driver. In terms of value, my last set was cheaper but it also came with less bits, but a metal driver. In terms of bits-per-dollar, this is about the same value. You can buy cheaper sets that come with quite a bit more bits, but the cases aren't always as nice, and the quality of those bits can be questionable. At the very least, with this iFixit kit you get a nice case that can also be used as an organizer for screws (it works very well for that, might I add), lifetime warranty, and at least decent-quality bits. I was skeptical about the plastic driver but it actually feels pretty sturdy and has better grip, more girth, and a stronger magnetic connection that my last set had so all-in-all I actually prefer this plastic driver to my previous metal one. If I find myself using this a lot, I might buy the aluminum driver from iFixit for $10 but for now I really don't feel the need to do that. This plastic driver has a compartment for storing up to 3 bits as well as an included SIM card release tool. I don't use that, but I can see how it'd be useful. I was originally deciding between this one and the Mako set. That one has more bits, an aluminum driver, and an extender so overall if everything else is of comparable quality then that one is definitely a better value for $35. However, I value small form factors, portability, and not having unnecessary things lying around that I won't be making use of, so for me I think this is a better fit. I'm mostly using it for retro Nintendo handheld console repairs, and the variety of phillips and tri-wing bits that come with this is plenty for my needs. I've only used it for two projects, but overall I'm really happy with it and recommend it if you're on the fence because for $20 it's a good package. If I find that over time this is a really disappointing product then I'll adjust my review.

Fixed My Switch Like a Pro!
I’m genuinely impressed by this kit! I’ve used several precision driver sets over the years, but the iFixit Moray Driver Kit blew me away with its thoughtful design and unmatched versatility. I needed a very specific bit to open up my Nintendo Switch and complete a repair—and this kit had exactly the one I was missing from my other set. Lifesaver! The build quality is excellent, and the compact case makes it super convenient to store or toss in a bag. Each bit fits snugly in place and is clearly labeled, which made the whole process smooth and frustration-free. Whether you're working on smartphones, game consoles, or tiny electronics, this kit seriously covers your bases. If you're doing DIY repairs, especially on delicate tech, this is absolutely worth the investment. It's clear iFixit put real thought into what users actually need. Highly recommend!

Excellent bits and magnetized.
Works great. Been using for a few months and have had no issues. The bits don’t strip even when I’ve had to use them on some tough screws to unmount APs. Love that they’re magnetized and you can even store a few bits underneath the blue cap. Small enough to carry around the whole box in your pocket if needed.

Great quality steel bits. Convenient, doesn’t strip and easy to carry
Great tool kit. Has most of the sizes and style I need for most electronics and internal battery replacement. Made of tool grade steel and woth the cost. Not like the cheap took kits that strip easily. Have used for a few months now. Easy to slip into a pocket.

Very nice, easily pocketable mini-kit.
Two minor points: - Flat blades are very crude -- tips are way too thick. - Labels on the hard-foam insert are unreadable. Mako kit is not much of an upgrade over this one: - Bits fall out of the Mako kit's "flexible extension" -- no magnet, making the extension almost useless. + Mako includes additional sizes and types of bit. + Mako includes a nice magnetic pickup bit and some JIS plus-shaped bits. - In both sets, the labels on the hard-foam insert are unreadable. - Mako kit is, not surprisingly, twice the weight and bulk of the nicely pocketable Moray kit.

Quality products breed repeat buyers
I gotta say, I’ve always been a fan of Ifixit, they’re perfect for pc building and I’ve never found a better screwdriver set. The magnetic bits work well and the plastic has never cracked even under heavy strain. Cover even works as a screw tray, 10/10 good product, second time buying one because I lost my last one in a move.

Bits are high quality, driver isn’t.
The plastic driver sucks... Also the SIM card remover tool in the cap def makes it so it just doesn’t rotate well… wish it was designed different.

Never have to buy another kit again
I love my kit! It's so durable and quality made. Never had an issue with stripping screws, and the tips are made with precision. Easy to use design and kinda cool because the lid is almost like a sorting spot for screws. Use this daily in my line of work!

Good set but no aluminium screwdriver driver
The bits and the case are nice but I am disappointed that it comes with a plastic driver instead of their usual really nice aluminum screwdriver from the other kit, especially at this high of a price point.
