Q: I would love to have my library club use these. can they be filled with confetti pieces? i plan to seal the top with a fuse tool after stuffing.

I put bookmarks (2 x 6) in them. It has to be inserted very carefully or the bookmark will fold. I think it would be difficult to get confetti all the way to the bottom.

Q: Are there 100 bookmarks in the pack?

My experience was different. There were only 50 bookmark sleeves per pack in the shipment I received in October 2014.
