Provides extra fiber and known for blood sugar regulation
Delivery was in reasonable time. Packaging was good, Coarse texture as Jackfruit is supposed to for the coarse fiber. Taste is bland. I read some good review about thus pruct being good in controlling blood sugar and stimu;ating insulin pruction. But it takes three months of continuous use to track any results. It is a little bit pricey, but I woild try it anyway.

Supposed to be very good for diabetic patients as it contains a lot of fiber, other vitamins, and minerals. So trying this out.
