I have rotator cuff issues from volleyball. I did physical therapy for a few months with a PT and now continue the exercises at home. Previously I tried using an ordinary square cold pack with an Ace bandage. It's impossible to do yourself, and my partner was not much help. This product is easy to use solo -- I use it every time after VB or PT. I've inflated to a good pressure to get into/out of, so I've removed the tube. It can take a little finesse to get good compression of the cold pack onto the right area, but no problem doing it myself. To be balanced, I wanted to mention a couple of minor issues. 1) The pack doesn't stay cold long -- 15 minutes is pushing it, especially if you have a tight fit on your shoulder. I just noticed that they recommend putting it in a plastic bag in the freezer, so I'm going to try that. Overall, awesome product and easy to use yourself!

I don't understand all the positive reviews. It's enormous and doesn't hug my shoulder tightly at all. It's more like loosely placing a balloon on my shoulder with no really commission at all. I was really hoping for very tight compression and it's just not happening.

This is great for my shoulder and arm pain so convenient so glad I bought it. It's easy to use. Has removable Velcro for positioning just right. Convenient ice pack that comes with it. Have not tried the air pump with it but will. I bought this for rotary cuff injury that radiated down my arm on the back of the arm and the front of the arm. I also do ice at physical therapy and I think it works just as well.

Ordered the “used-mint condition” one. Haven’t tried it for my husbands shoulder pain yet. I tried it on, it seems comfier easier to get one compared to the one from Walmart. I put the blue ice pack insert in the freezer and my entire shoulder area was numb after having it on only a couple minutes, so it freezes pretty well. Haven’t tried heat. Will update when my husband hurts his shoulder and needs it.

I had rotator cuff surgery in November, 2024, fell in December, 2024, had shoulder replacement surgery in February, 2025. After the first surgery, we bought a small, home-use ice water therapy machine. It worked really well, but was a pain to set up, especially one-handed. This compression sleeve worked so much better than the ice water machine that I used it solely throughout my recovery. The sleeve is easy to adjust and comfortable. The ice pack lasts much longer than standard gel packs and the compression feature provided great relief.

The ice pack and the inflatable bladder are great, but the strap system is not super great. For a woman or smaller frame person, the strap is way too long. Why not have the Velcro attachment for the back but a D- ring on the front so you can easily tighten as needed? As it is, I've had to totally improvise the strap placement. Ugh.

When my husband tore his shoulder, ligaments, and bicep, he was is in horrible pain. With this kind of injury there isn't a lot that can be done except time. We found this and it was only thing that helped to keep him out of pain. If you have any injury and are looking at this get it! The compression, heat and cooling was the best thing.

This is very difficult to use. I still don't think I have it correct. I finally ordered something else that didn't require such complexity

Have mid fracture collarbone. This product helps getting up and moving around. Highly recommend

When by starts to act up, the pain and discomfort can extend into my shoulder area. Both the compression and cold therapy are beneficial. And found this NatraCure Universal Cold Compression Shoulder Support helps forestall off the pain and aching from getting far worse. Can be used for either shoulder. Can be put on by oneself but so much easier when you have assistance. The compression was easy to activate. Being a woman did find this shoulder support not as comfortable to wear as compared to a man in regards to how the straps wrap around the chest area. Husband has tried it and find it does help him plus it seems to fit much better on him probably due to men’s broader shoulders. When the unit is being worn it is quite bulky and depending on what you are doing while wearing it (walking, sitting, laying down, working etc) the level of comfort will vary. My husband continues to use this shoulder support when needed but I myself have gone back to heating pads, cold packs, tensor machines and massage though I do miss the compression part that this support can give.

I have finally found something that not only helps the bursitis feel better because if the cold pack and the compression. I would say it’s not bad for setting it up but the straps get some sometimes. I’ve only tried the cold compression with this because I find it helps. I use a regular heating pad when needed. This is a bit pricy. But if it can help you like it’s helped me I would say it’s worth it

I have right shoulder tendonitis. After a gym session, my shoulder is sore and in pain. This compression cold shoulder pack provides wonderful relief and stays cold for a good amount of time while I'm using it. It's definitely worth it and fits me fine, for reference I am 6'1 and 210 lbs.
