Q: Has anyone used these pads to remove imperfections in a vehicle's windshield or granite countertops?

i would not recommend this for either of theses uses

Q: we have water marks and pot marks in manufactured quartz. Want smooth and polish. Is this the right kit?

No,no,no. These pads are great, but meant for glass edges. Also, the Quartz is bonded together with glue. You might want to consider something more gentle, if you can't afford a service to come in, like the 3M headlight restoration kit.

Q: Can you remove a watermark on marble with this

These pads could be much more aggressive for marble, and it does not has the higher grits 800, 1500, 3000 that is needed for shine. The following pads are much more suitable for taking out water mark and polish: https://www.amazon.com/HPW110H-Diamond-Polishing-Flexible-Concrete/dp/B07HV7HSHH You can start with either grit 100, or 200 based on how thick the deposit is. If it is too much, you can start with grit 50.
