Excellent book! Atasha Fyfe breaks down the complex subject of past lives in a manageable, easy to understand format, peppered with practical steps and exercises throughout. Loved reading this!! A must-read if you're even a little bit curious about whether you've been here before.

I loved this book! It can be a great intro for people who don't know much about past lives and want to learn more about the subject. All the stories helped me understand the whole concept and even though there aren't a lot of exercises in this book, I found it to be really interesting and helpful.
