Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend who has never been much of a coffee/tea drinker. She loves it! Super easy to use, looks nice on the countertop, and super easy to clean. Definitely soak your chasen (the whisk) in hot water before using to prevent cracking/breaking. The bamboo ends come curled and should be nearly straight when ready to use!

Cute set for matcha

I use the blender to blend the powder, however, after the usage of around 10 times, the bamboo starts to worn out, the bamboo tails looks soft and breaking. I have to order another one

Excellent little set and it’s better than expected. We went to David’s Tea to buy a whisk before we checked Amazon, and David’s Tea did have a whisk but it was $26. Here, on Amazon, you get a whisk, a spoon, a measuring scoop plus a couple of other things, and all of that cost less than $26.

The Artcome Matcha Tea Set is an aesthetically pleasing set and a nice beginner's introduction to the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. The bamboo utensils are well crafted, but the whisk seems a bit fragile. The set's a bit pricey for what you get, but it does make for a unique gift.
