Yes, at least mine is and keeps pretty excellent time. As I understand stand it, you probably shouldn't go more than a day or so without wearing it because then it will stop. It's mechanical so it's powered by your movement I believe, I wear it every day except when I go to bed and I haven't even had to wind it since the first time when I got it which was a considerable time ago. And it also looks classy and exactly like the sample images up. My only gripe was figuring out how the metal clasp on the band works but a little YouTube video showed me.
