Even cooler that expected!
I bought this for my wife as a gift. It made her cry because she said it was too special for her writings.I can’t speak to how it holds ink, but it is a beautiful journal. The cover is very soft and thick leather. The pages are thick and durable, but also soft. It’s well constructed with a good weight to it. Overall a great value with a ton of pages.This thing looks super cool. People will ask about it, want to open it, and be jealous that they don’t have one.

Absolutely live this journal. Such a great way to document life that will last many life times. The quality is amazing and I am very pleased. There's no bleed through on the pages and the aged effect makes the words written on them so much more interesting!!

Perfect size.Just perfect I did not have any issues writing in it. It did not have an odor. Pages were lined and had a good feel to them. Love yhe leather and the over all look.

Easy to write in and easy to see what I have written
I’d liked the cover but the paper a little too dark to see what I’m writing down I found that’s the biggest letdown. I should’ve got the one with the lines. That’s my fault but the color yellow for pages like it’s aged doesn’t work really well for me.
