Frustrated for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. FALSE PROMISE
The headset is amazingly good but I cant enjoy it to the fullest after I lost my interest on it due to the INCOMPETENCE in delivery.I bought this to gift myself on my birthday unfortunately my day was ruined waiting for the FALSE PROMISES of next day delivery. Considering I subscribed to Prime Membership.If only I know it will happen, I should have not purchased it and not ruined my birthday. So much trust for the Prime service and it ALL fails.I will cancel my membership then. With the product I purchased, I lost the enthusiasm of using it. Returning it will not make up on the HUGE damaged!!!If swearing is allowed here, I will definitely fill this space with it 😠😠😠😠
