Q: What's the difference between mbyz16hd and this mbtx12u? they both come up as fitting my bike.

MBYZ16HD has more CCA and capacity amp hours.

Q: In the UK this battery cames with spacer to fit a HD Sportster Iron. Do I get those spacer if I order this battery in the USA?

Yes, per motobatt's website, it should come with two. I believe mine did, but I didn't need it.http://www.motobatt.com/MBTX12U(Part: MPBS4)Spacer 1 = 5mmSpacer 2 = 10mmTotal = 15mm

Q: Will this fit a 2011 Harley sportster 48

It fit my 2015 harley sportster 48. Battery did stop turning on bike after one year tho.

Q: Is there any air freight restrictions for this battery

Not in Ga . this is a AGM battery and can spill no liquid. Applied glass mat.
