It was a bit off putting when I first opened it. It seems hard yet stretchy. After grabbing at it and getting a chunk. It was soft and not very stretchy, worked it for about a minute or two and it was very pliable! I could get it fairly thin, it would be perfect frosting on a clay cake!! I used some silicone molds for a different project. I tried some kids soft clay from my super store. And then this clay. Con: this clay dosent pick up tiny details. And you kind of need to stuff a lot in the silicone mold to pick up the basics. But that's just in the case of silicone molds. Don't let that discourage you. I also used a lollipop mold and this clay picked up the swirls perfectly! So I guess it depends on the detail your going for. Pro: the clay held up! In the ice cream mold I used, they both got squished a bit. The kids clay flattened. While this clay bounced back! I gently adjusted it a bit and it looks like nothing happened! Overall I recommend this clay! No strong funky smell, fairly easy to use, non toxic (amazing for me because my cat loves to try and put her mark on everything πŸ™„πŸ˜‚) and light weight when it's dry! Absolutely perfect for my making of figures and things!
