These herbal water retention pills have worked really well for reducing bloating and swelling in my legs and feet. I like that the ingredients are natural (dandelion leaf, green tea, etc.) and gentle on the body — no harsh effects. After a few days of use I noticed a difference in how light and less puffy I felt. So I started using this because I retain water really easily and it has been a big problem when fitting into clothes because one day they will fit perfect and the next they are way too small. The first 2 days this stuff worked great! But then I started noticing that my stomach was bloating. I eat relatively healthy and try to stay away from foods that will bloat me because it's painful at times. The bloating caused by this pill doesn't hurt but I think is related to the fact that things are "backed up" if you know what I mean. So I'm not sure what exactly this pill does in order to flush out extra water, or if it is taking all of the water and leaving me dehydrated and unable to move things properly in my colon. Even coffee only helps so much. So all in all, I'd say this is good for if you have swelling do to injury or maybe if you are able to drink 2 gallons of water a day to help regulate things. But not good for everyday use.
