How about fresh batteries when you ship a product out.
I received the product, the shipping part of this transaction was perfect. Unfortunately, the first task I had to take on was getting it out of the package, which was pretty difficult, and a wall of the box was destroyed in the process. The second task, was the watch did not function, and the battery had to be replaced at a cost of over $30.00 plus my time. This is not like any experience I've ever had with any product that I have purchased from Amazon.
