Excellent product. I take daily for hair, skin and nails. Does not bother my stomach. I have noticed my hair and skin are better when i'm taking these supplements. Micro Ingredients is a great, quality brand.

I have autoimmune disease and have been on two biologic drugs that are similar to low dose chemo. Needless to say, it has taken a major toll on my hair. I've always had slow-growing hair anyways, but the drugs made it thin significantly, be very sensitive to coloring processes (dry/brittle), and break easily. I've taken this dosage of biotin for over 5 years, but by a different company, and without the hyaluronic acid added. I started this brand about 2 months ago, and all I can say is WOW!! I have seen significant growth, strength, and overall health in my hair! I can't recommend this product enough. Plus, this will last me forever with the number in the bag. I was ordering every 2 months, whereas this may last me a year. Excellent quality and value for the price!!

I recently received these biotin supplements. This brand I trust because I have other supplements by them. The capsules are tiny and very easy to swallow. You only have to take one capsule per day, which is great unlike other brands where you take three. This is my second day of use so we shall see how my experience goes. I will definitely give an update in 30 days.

Effectiveness is good quality, does not have a taste, has helped with hair and nail growth, great value for the amount you get

I got this in September. It works. I have thin, brittle fine hair, and once I had a kid and covid and damn near went bald, this bounced my hair back. I have to get a fill on my nails every two weeks instead of a month. There’s no taste. I took it along with a folic acid supplement, and my hair is at least 80% thicker and it’s grown 3in (my hair grows slow) 4 months and my hair is shinier and thicker and easier to style. You have to keep them in a cool environment or they will melt. For 4 years I’ve done it all to heal my hair and nails and skin too, and this actually works, even if it takes longer and it’s not a get mermaid hair quick fix, I love it. No side affects, you get an entire years worth in one bag. Don’t leave it outside too long, they’ll stick together, the first month I took one at night and for the last 3 months I take 2 at night. It worked for me when I didn’t think anything would. But it and try it. It’s worth it!

I got this at the advice of my doctor when asking about hormonal hair shedding. The capsules are small and smell like a tropical vacation thanks to the coconut oil binder. I appreciate the additional hyaluronic acid and the megadose of biotin. Most of my pills and supplements get put in a weekly organizer but these I take out every day because it smells so good when you open the bag. Too soon to say whether the supplement is helping for my intended use but I enjoy taking it each day. I LOVE that there are 365 capsules per bag and wish that every other supplement would come in yearly packs. It’s such a hassle having to replace things at all different times. Hopefully someone will see this review and go with it. I’d pay a lot to be able to order a years’ worth of my regimen in one go. Really love this brand and looking forward to trying more from them.

I have been using Biotin for a while to mainly help with hair growth and retention as well as strengthen my nails. I must admit that I have only been taking these for about five (5) days so the verdict is still out. I gave them a five because I do like the fact that I have a year's worth of product and with most purchases, I had been paying about $8 to $9 a bottle for a 90 day supply. Therefore, $16 and change for a year's worth is exceptionally. The other thing that I do like is that they are easy to swallow and not very large. Key to seeing results is to be consistent in taking them, as well as drinking plenty of water (some people have breakouts and I believe that mainly, is that, they are not drinking enough water) and eating a healthy diet for the majority of your lifestyle (I try to say the cheat days for one to to days a week and mostly during the weekend). I will come back in about 90 days and give an update.
