Works At least for three kind of recipes, including coctels, infusions and marinaded plates. A lil bit expensive, but as the brand promise, the quality would give you some decades of prominent job. I heard someone saying their own siphon and accessories was more than 30-40 years old and keep working properly. I bought mine at sale, 50% discount better than and compared to ISI website, so knowing the real price it's twice, I know I got a profesional tool that will be so useable
