Bonjour, après pratiquement un mois d’utilisation je peux dire que cet appareil a répondu à mes attentes. Le wifi de ma box NUMERICABLE, pourtant considéré comme performant, était instable, beaucoup de coupures, ce qui faisait bugger mon CHROMCAST audio et impossible de regarder un film en entier sur PRIME vidéo, obligé de redémarrer la box régulièrement pour retrouver une connexion. Depuis que j’ai remplacé le wifi de la box par le TP-LINK DECO, plus aucunes coupures, même quand le signal est faible. De plus il est possible de prioriser le débit pour les appareils de votre choix. En conclusion le wifi est très stable même en limite de réception. Avec un signal très faible (une petite barre ou 72 dBm), égal pour la box et le TP-LINK DECO, mesuré avec l’application « ElectroSmart ». Je peux faire fonctionner une enceinte en streaming sans coupures avec le TP-LINK DECO alors qu’avec le wifi de la box il y a plus de coupures que d’écoute.

I replaced an older Deco unit with this Wi-Fi 6 model and the upgrade was immediately noticeable. Setup through the Deco app took only a few minutes, the firmware updated smoothly, and the network was up and running without any issues. One feature I really appreciated was the ability to transfer settings directly to the new unit. Using the “Replace Main Deco” option in the app, the system moved all my existing configuration automatically. The transition was seamless — in about two minutes everything was back online with the same network name, password, and settings. Signal strength and stability are excellent. Coverage improved compared to my previous unit, and devices maintain a strong connection even in rooms farther away. Speeds are more consistent and latency feels lower, especially on newer phones and laptops that support Wi-Fi 6. It also integrates perfectly into an existing Deco mesh network. Roaming between nodes is smooth and the connection remains stable throughout the home. If you're upgrading from an older Wi-Fi 5 Deco or building a new mesh system, this is an easy recommendation. Great performance, simple setup, and reliable coverage. Highly recommended.
