Ironically when I bought these there were actual reviews that seemed positive - nearly 4 star so that was good enough. Those have since mysteriously vanished. However, the described title of 2-8 lbs adjustable weights is misleading. They are 2-8 lbs TOTAL product weight (meaning BOTH weights together equal that). The max for a single weight is a pointless 4.4 lbs...pretty sure you can get that with just a bottle of water. Shame too, if only the weight was actually as described these would be really nice weights.

Love it! I haven't go to gym for a while because of the pandemic and my back and shoulders start feeling tight. So I bought this pair of weights from Amazon. These weighs are perfect for work out at home and the adjustable weight design can meet lots of training purposes. Plus, it's really comfortable to hold and looks really nice! Should have bought it earlier!

The ability to change the weight of these dumbbells from 2.3lb to 3.4lb or 4.5lb via simple weight inserts in the screwed ends is a useful feature, allowing the same equipment to be used for different excercises. Why buy three sets of dumbbells when this one set meets the requirements of all?

I was skeptical at first, but they're actually pretty useful. They're helping me with upper body strength, I have struggled with it for a while because I have arm injuries but this is just right for me. At first it was a little bit tough and it would aggravate my injuries, but it's getting easier now. I feel like in a few months though I'm going to need heavier ones but nothing too much heavier. I don't want to be super bulky or risk injuring myself even worse.
