Q: What is the shelf life for these?

I checked the bottle and the box but could not find an expiration date or comment on shelf life. There was a lot # but I was unable to decipher a possible date based on that code. Sorry.

Q: How big are the tablets? I have a hard time swallowing pills, and need to know how big these are before I purchase

I'm so sorry if this is late but I've been tied up with getting my son ready for college for the 1st time. The pills are a little big - 7/8ths of an inch and dark green but they are incredible! Beauticians take them and recommend them for their clients. That's how I found out about them. I have thicker, longer and better looking hair when I use them (every night). My son has thinning hair and problems with swallowing pills and I crush the pills for him and mix them in Welch's grape juice (best for disguising flavor). Use a mini whisk the best pill crusher I found was at Walmart - the red, round one that has a pill splitter on top and crusher underneath with room to store some tiny pills on the very bottom but the bottom flap doesn't stay on too terribly good.
